Departure Alert System
Here is a more recent example of our engineering projects. The lady on the right is simulating a departure through a door that is armored with an alert warning system. She is acting as an Alzheimers patient about to leave a nursing home. She is wearing an electronic signalling alarm bracelet on her left wrist. The alarm detector is mounted on the door frame to her left. An alarm signal is being sent to a nursing station, and visual and audible alarms are also issued at the location. These systems have been installed in numerous nursing facilities throughout the U.S. and have proven to have high reliability. The alarm receiver is also pictured in the panel to the right. This equipment was manufactured and marketed by a leader in the field.
